notes
- Standard American English doesn't have a 2nd person plural personal pronoun, so "y'all" is sometimes used to fill this gap. The term's use is mostly geographically limited to the Southern and Midwestern United States, as well as rural communities in other areas of the country. Sometimes prefixed with "all" even though it's redundant.
All y'all need to stop that.
Y'all are evil.
Y'all come back now ya hear.
Thank y'all awesome.

- While "y'all" is almost always used as a plural pronoun, it is also used rarely as a 2nd person singular pronoun.
