- An individual who has an uncertain amount of wealth, and they are spending finances loosely. Typically, someone will "Ball" after they were paid money for their works. Balling is someone who is spending high amounts of cash in various locations at one day or night experience or more. "Baller" can be a singular noun or as an adjective describing an experience that entails enjoying the good life. ig. That's some baller gear. Or Those are balling shoes. Additional use of the word would describe the person or persons, such as those who are ballers. ig. I want to be a baller or shot caller.
