Butcherman

  • A person who processes meat, ie. beef, pork, chicken, lamb, veal, and fish for non-vegetarian human consumtion for retail grocery sales or wholesale meat packing industry. Dinner guest: "where did you get these excellent steaks? Hostess : I buy all my steaks from the butcherman who works in the meat dept. at the local supermarket.
