  Etymology: backdooring (contextomy), to (contextomium), then shortening to (contextome)
  
  This would be an example of a contextome: "They run Uber, they run the health care, they're going to scam you, they're going to hurt you," Regardless of anyone's opinion of the speaker Y of the sentence. There isn't enough evidence to prove that the pronoun referred to as "they" in the sentence is a specific person or specific people.
  
  But if the quote wasn't "mined" or contextomed, there would be enough evidence to claim who or whey, "they" is. This is because, in the full length of the quote, the identity of "they" is revealed.
