noun

  • The apocryphal part of you that fails (usually by blowing). May also be spelled "foo foo valve". Common in New Zealand and Australian slang.
    He was ahead in the race but he blew his fufu valve in the final straight.
    That was just too heavy. I think I blew my fufu valve trying to lift it.
    I sang a bit too loud and blew my fufu valve. I've got no voice now.
    Can also be used to refer to someone losing their temper.
    He completely blew his fufu valve. He needs to take classes in anger management.
