  • taken advantage of; unfair treatment, or share of some item. used when having feelings of being screwed over.
    That's a pinner share of the profits.

  • A joint (marijuana cigarette) that is rolled with a small amount of marijuana, less that the norm. Also resembles a pin because it is tiny and thin, unlike normal joints which are fatter.
    I only have a small bud left, but I could probably get a pinner out of it.

  • any car in disrepair. Origin: the Pinto is a car that was terribly ugly even when new.

  • a real character; sometimes a pain in the ass. For example, when a woman is monopolizing the conversation:
    Lady, you're a real pip, you know that!
    Stop being that way, you can be quite a pip!
