  • good; well. Origin: "horrorshow" is the approximate phonetic spelling of a Russian word meaning "good." (This Russian word is more commonly transliterated as "khorosho".) Possibly entered Western pop culture with the 1962's book A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess and/or the 1971 movie adaptation directed by Stanley Kubrick.
