verb

  • to be ill, drunk, or otherwise unhealthy, or affected negatively by a substance. Also, to vomit. A Dungeons and Dragons term. Can also be referred to as "fort save" for short.
    Person 1: He was really wigged out last night.

    Person 2: Yeah, he really failed his fort save, didn't he?

  • A reference to a dungeons and dragons term that means to have poor reaction time. Also, to fall, drop and object, or to fail to get out of the path of a moving object.

    Person 1 slips and cannot catch himself, resulting in a fall.

    Person 2 calls out "Oops, looks like you failed your reflex save."
